The “Meditation for Stress Relief” is a short and simple workshop, aimed at achieving a stress-free life, inner peace, happiness and illumination.

- Principle of correspondence (energy body affects the physical body)
- Stress energy and how it affects us
- Measurement of stress (using a Stress Scale)
- Heart Chakra, its characteristics and functions
- Solar plexus chakra, its characteristics and functions
- Crown chakra, its characteristics and functions
- Superbrain Yoga
- Pranayama – increases the size of the energy body, prepares energy body and physical body for meditation
- Procedure for the Meditation, followed by actual meditation
- Karma and Golden Rule – briefly
